Friends and followers will quickly identify you as someone who always has something of  value to offer.

Communicate the projects you’ve worked on, skills you’ve acquired, and the accomplishments you’ve achieved.  Avoid speaking about responsibilities you’ve held or currently hold.

Responsibilities communicate what you have to do and not what you get to do.  Responsibilities are not distinctive enough; and rarely communicate your work ethic, skill level, talents and abilities that allow you to stand out.
